iPourIt is featured in the first season of CNBC’s “Billion Dollar Buyer” and got an impressive deal from Host and CEO of the hospitality company Landry’s, Inc Tilman Fertitta–who is nationally known for dining and entertainment brands including Morton’s Steakhouse and Golden Nugget Hotels and Casinos.
In the first season finale, Fertitta traveled and spent the day with start-up iPourIt in their Lake Forest, CA offices and was so impressed with the technology that he challenged iPourIt to pit their self serve solution against the beer bar at the Las Vegas Golden Nugget pool deck. And in true reality show fashion, it had to feature some level of created drama; but in the end, iPourIt exceeded Fertitta’s and his guests’ expectations.
iPourIt was then invited down to the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Lake Charles, LA, where co-founder Joseph McCarthy presented a 10 tap beer wall concept situated right in the heart of the pool deck property. As seen on the show, Fertitta was attracted to the potential revenue upside, and with a ROI of 100%, chose to solidify a deal!
