LI Pour House in Port Jefferson Station reinvents itself as Mr. P.’s Southern Skillet

LI Pour House, a four-and-a-half year old pub in New York known for its barbecue and self-serve beer, has been reborn as Mr. P’s Southern Skillet. 

iPourIt operator LI Pour House in Port Jefferson Station, New York is reinventing itself as Mr. P’s Southern Skillet.

The four-and-a-half-year-old pub will continue to feature self-serve beer using iPourIt beverage dispense technology. Patrons can also enjoy craft cocktails that draw on brown spirits. However, now they will offer southern-style cuisine. The menu includes but is not limited to fried green tomatoes, country-fried chicken steak, shrimp and grits, and pork chop over sweet potato hash.

Mr. P’s owner, Anthony Pallino said the LI Pour House concept had run its course, and he wanted to create a more “Nashville-style restaurant.”
