Alton, Illinois is excited to have the old Germania Bank building at 617 East Broadway revitalized with fresh craft beer and gourmet coffee on tap daily. Germania Brew Haus, a taproom and gourmet coffee house, held it’s official grand opening on July 7th. Germania features 16 iPourIt self-serve taps that regularly rotate with beer selections of primarily local brewers, with the occasional regional or visiting label to keep things fresh for their patrons.
Did we mention that Germania is a coffee house too? They offer hot, frozen, and iced espresso-based drinks that customers can customize with different milk and creams, flavor and espresso shots, and various add-ons.
