Due to the custom nature and intended use of our items, we do not accept returns.

Warranty Replacements

We do accept warranty replacements. If a component of your product becomes faulty within the warranty period, we will gladly replace it. To initiate this process, please contact our Customer Support team.

RMA Process

Our warranty replacement process involves an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You will be provided with a return label and asked to send the faulty component back to us using the same packaging in which the replacement part was shipped.
