Griffiths said he chose self-pour to differentiate Switch Brews from every other taproom in the area. “It’s something exciting and different. Guests love sharing the experience with their friends and family.”
And they’ve embraced it fully. Since opening, visitors have poured more than 205,000 ounces — an early indicator of just how quickly the concept is catching on.
