“I’d like to open at least a week before opening day at BB&T Ballpark,” owner Sunkul Soni, a graduate of NYU’s Stern School of Business, told the Agenda.

Taproom Social will feature 50 taps as well as offer a limited food menu (think Craft).

The taps will consist of 40 beers and 7 wines or proseccos along with taps for kombucha, cold brew and a soda. The food menu will feature panini, salads and charcuterie boards.

Inside the 2,400-square-foot space, you’ll find 11 TVs along with a kid-friendly area. As a young parent who goes to Knights baseball games frequently, I’m loving this setup.

The exact address is 430 W. 4th Street. It’s on the ground level of The Mint apartment building just across the street from the left field gate at BB&T Ballpark.

Construction is set to begin soon and we’ll keep you posted as the project progresses. It’s an exciting addition to Uptown. Okay, here’s a look around.
